Whitelabel investment platform

Launch your own investment platform in 4 days.

ShareFund gives founders and agencies the rails to run a real, ledger-backed yield product under their own brand. You bring the audience and the asset. We bring the platform, the wallet, the admin, the payouts, the audit trail.

For operators

Built for the people who'd otherwise have to build it themselves.

Whether you run a community, an agency, or a small fund, ShareFund cuts the build time from twelve months of engineering to a four day setup. You focus on offer, audience, and ops. The platform handles deposits, locks, settlements, withdrawals, referrals, ledger integrity, and admin tooling.

Configure

Your brand, your domain

Logo, colour, custom domain, support email, sender name. Investors never see ShareFund anywhere in the product.

Define

Pools and economics

Set minimums, lock periods, payout cadence, expected return ranges per pool. Adjust any time without redeploys.

Invite

Your investors

Open signups, run a private waitlist, or roll a referral campaign. Beta allowlist and per-tier KYC supported.

Run

Get paid honestly

Daily sales entry, settlement on your cadence, on-chain withdrawals reviewed by ops. Take a setup fee plus a revenue share, your call.

Why this works

Real yield, real ledger, real audits.

Most "high yield" apps you have seen are unsustainable, because nothing real is being financed. ShareFund is the opposite. Every payout maps to a settled sale, a delivered service, or a backed asset that your operation actually owns. The platform enforces this with database-level invariants so the books cannot drift, even if you tried.

An operator running a ShareFund tenant cannot reach into the platform's code, cannot bypass invariants, cannot touch another operator's data, cannot edit the ledger. The platform is the referee. — Built into the architecture, not a marketing promise

Five daily invariants the platform enforces

  1. Total custody plus deployed capital is greater than or equal to the sum of every member's bucket. No mystery liabilities.
  2. Every member's bucket equals the sum of their append-only ledger entries.
  3. Every campaign's unit ownership sums to its declared total.
  4. Every settlement's payouts plus platform fee plus referral pool equals reported profit.
  5. Pending withdrawals exactly match the Reserved bucket.

If any check fails, ops is alerted and new flows can be auto-paused. This is what "real" looks like in code.

Same rails, your identity.

The pool card, the projection widget, the referral tree, the wallet, the settlement feed. Everything investors interact with renders under your brand, your domain, your colour, your typography.

Four themes ship at launch, picked per tenant. A bespoke fifth tier is available for premium operators.

Four themes. Same rails underneath.

Your investors see one of these. The ledger, the admin console, the custody model, and the daily invariants stay identical. Only the visual layer changes.

Operator economics

What this can look like for you.

Drag the inputs. The output is your rough monthly platform-fee revenue, before opex. Illustrative only. Real numbers depend on your offer, geography, and pricing tier.

Engagement tiers

Three shapes of engagement.

No fixed dollar menu, every operator's economics differ. The tiers describe scope, not price. Real numbers in the pricing conversation.

Bring your own custody

Connect the rails you already trust.

You hold the wallet, the keys, the merchant credentials. ShareFund integrates, never custodies.

Operator holds the legal relationship with every custody provider. The platform calls in, never out.
Common questions

Four quick answers.

Do I really get a working platform in 4 days?
Yes, when you have the four inputs ready on day one: brand assets, your domain, your custody decision, and the names of your ops admins. If any of those four lag, the timeline slips by the same number of days.
Who holds the custody wallet?
You do, always. The operator brings the wallet or the payment processor. ShareFund's software calls into your custody to display balance and to facilitate operator-initiated payouts, but ShareFund never holds, moves, or co-signs your funds.
How is this different from an HYIP?
An HYIP pays old investors out of new deposits, with no real economic activity underneath. ShareFund only credits investor profit after an admin enters a real settlement, and the daily invariants make drift impossible to hide.
What if ShareFund itself goes away?
Investor funds are not at ShareFund. They are in your wallet or your payment processor, under your keys and your credentials, and they stay there if our software stops running. The append-only ledger is exportable at any time.
Important

We provide the tools. We do not run the offer.

ShareFund is a software platform. We are a technology vendor, not a financial institution, not an investment manager, not a counterparty to any investor on an operator's tenant. We do not select, endorse, approve, or supervise the offerings operators run on the platform.

Operators carry full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, suitability, and conduct of their offerings. Investors carry responsibility for their own due diligence on the operator they choose. ShareFund's role begins and ends at providing the rails.
