Every operator's economics are different. Asset class, expected volume, geography, KYC tier, custody appetite. We scope the price to the offer, never the other way around.

How operators typically pay

A ShareFund engagement is usually shaped from three components. You and the team pick a mix that matches the offer.

  • Setup fee, one-time, covers tenant provisioning, brand and domain work, custody connection, ops training, and the 4 day launch.
  • Platform fee, monthly or per-cycle, scales with active investor count and assets under management.
  • Revenue share, basis points on settled volume, aligns the platform with the operator's growth.

The exact split is set in the engagement contract. Some operators prefer a higher setup fee and a lower revenue share, some prefer the opposite. We work both ways.

  • Whitelabel web platform under your domain.
  • Admin console with email-allowlisted access and TOTP.
  • USDT custody on BEP-20 and TRC-20.
  • Append-only ledger with daily invariant checks.
  • Branded transactional and marketing email.
  • Referral engine with abuse detection.
  • Audit log for every admin action.
  • Standard ops playbook and onboarding.

What is scoped per operator

  • Number of active pools beyond the standard four.
  • Mobile app on your own Play Store and App Store account (you handle the developer accounts, we provide the build).
  • KYC provider integration if you require deeper identity verification.
  • Custom email domain warm-up and deliverability work.
  • Localisation beyond English.
  • Custom reports beyond the standard CSV exports.

What we do not do

  • We do not give blanket discounts for "volume someday". Pricing reflects the work today.
  • We do not let an operator pay only revenue share with no setup fee. The launch work is real, the setup fee covers it.
  • We do not provide your legal, tax, regulatory, or marketing services. You own those.
